Congratulations to Michael Jodah, ECO Award Recipient

Join us in congratulating Michael Jodah, Regenesis’ Co-Executive Director, on receiving the prestigious Eco Award! The Eco Award is issued by the Environmental Studies Association of Canada.

Each year, the ECO-Award honours those who have positively contributed to the field of environmental studies in Canada through community-building, research, knowledge-to-action, or innovations in approaches. The ECO-Award Selection Committee considers nominees from academic, practitioner, community-based, and other backgrounds.

The award recognizes Michael’s lifetime achievements in environmental organizing, education and research. As a co-founder and one of the co-executive directors of Regenesis, Michael has helped steward the organization and has positively impacted the lives of thousands. Michael has set an amazing example for us all with his remarkable dedication to environmental sustainability through his incredible organizing abilities and educating and mentoring the next generation of environmental leaders. Let us take a moment to honour his incredible accomplishments and the impact he has had.
